All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. All purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content generated by ConsultUni, including recommendations and documents, is provided for your personal use only. You retain ownership of the information you provide. Our platform, branding, and AI systems remain our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
ConsultUni provides recommendations based on the information you provide and publicly available data. We do not guarantee admission to any university. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our recommendations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
7. Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided. University admission decisions are made solely by the respective institutions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
