At ConsultUni, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for all paid services. You're eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not received your recommendations yet, OR
  • You are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality of recommendations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@consultuni.com with your order details
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Request made after 7 days of purchase
  • User provided false or misleading information
  • User violated our Terms of Service
  • Refund requested after successfully using generated documents

Partial Refunds

For the Premium package, if you've already used some features (e.g., received recommendations but not documents), we may offer a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

Free Tier

The Free tier is provided at no cost and therefore is not eligible for refunds. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to access additional features.
